Support the Vision
The Opportunity
This is not just land — it is the canvas for South Africa’s first major certified Earthship community and education centre. Imagine:
- Multiple Earthship homes demonstrating different models (Refuge, Encounter, Global, etc.).
- A visitor and training centre teaching natural building and regenerative living.
- Food forests, water systems, and biodiversity restoration on the mountain slopes.
- A model that can be replicated across the Western Cape and the country.
Realistic Path
R100 million is ambitious. This campaign can start with seed funding, partnerships, impact investors, or a staged purchase / option agreement. Every contribution moves us closer to securing this once-in-a-lifetime site before it is developed conventionally.
How to Contribute to the Land
For a project of this scale we welcome:
- Individual pledges and donations
- Partnerships with impact funds, green investors, or community land trusts
- Corporate sponsors interested in regenerative development
- In-kind support (legal, planning, media)
